Monfort Heights South home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Monfort Heights South fell by $17,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 11.2% decrease over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Monfort Heights South in November 2016.
