Sharonville home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Sharonville rose by $11,450 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 9.1% increase over the $126,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sharonville in November 2016, as well.
