Norwood home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Norwood rose by $11,800 while total sales increased by 190%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,500 - a 8.3% increase over the $142,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Norwood in November 2016.
