Anderson Township home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Anderson Township fell by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,750 - a 6.3% decrease over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Anderson Township in November 2016.
