Wyoming home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Wyoming rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 0.5% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wyoming in November 2016.
