Indian Hill home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Indian Hill rose by $184,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $964,000 - a 23.6% increase over the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Indian Hill in November 2016.
