Woodlawn home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Woodlawn rose by $25,950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,950 - a 51.9% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Woodlawn in October 2016.
