North College Hill home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in North College Hill rose by $19,700 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,200 - a 32% increase over the $61,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in North College Hill in October 2016.
