Cincinnati home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Cincinnati rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 275 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 7% increase over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 298 homes sold in Cincinnati in October 2016.
