Dent home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Dent fell by $49,400 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 29.6% decrease over the $166,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dent in October 2016.
