Reading home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Reading fell by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,500 - a 16.2% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Reading in October 2016.
