Groesbeck home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Groesbeck rose by $38,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 39.2% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Groesbeck in October 2016.
