Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Loveland in October 2016.
