Newtown home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Newtown fell by $36,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 20% decrease over the $181,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newtown in October 2016.
