St. Bernard home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in St. Bernard fell by $82,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $46,500 - a 64% decrease over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in St. Bernard in September 2016.
