Mount Healthy home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Mount Healthy fell by $4,900 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 7% decrease over the $69,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mount Healthy in September 2016.
