Deer Park home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Deer Park fell by $40,000 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,250 - a 31.7% decrease over the $126,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Deer Park in September 2016.
