North College Hill home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in North College Hill rose by $30,900 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,900 - a 52.4% increase over the $59,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in North College Hill in September 2016.
