Cheviot home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Cheviot rose by $3,950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,950 - a 4.2% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Cheviot in September 2016.
