Golf Manor home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Golf Manor rose by $44,250 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,500 - a 81.6% increase over the $54,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Golf Manor in September 2016.
