Cleves home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Cleves fell by $21,980 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,021 - a 16.9% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cleves in September 2016.
