Springfield Township home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Springfield Township fell by $4,450 while total sales decreased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 3.9% decrease over the $115,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Springfield Township in September 2016.
