Greenhills home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Greenhills rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 76.9% increase over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Greenhills in September 2016.
