Norwood home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Norwood rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 81.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Norwood in September 2016.
