Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $1,191 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,250 - a 1% decrease over the $120,441 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Loveland in September 2016.
