Sharonville home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Sharonville fell by $3,250 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $135,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Sharonville in September 2016.
