Colerain Township home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Colerain Township fell by $50,100 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,900 - a 27.1% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Colerain Township in September 2016.
