Reading home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Reading rose by $57,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 59.7% increase over the $95,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Reading in September 2016.
