Wyoming home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Wyoming fell by $141,000 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 46.1% decrease over the $306,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Wyoming in September 2016.
