Fairfax home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Fairfax rose by $51,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 40.1% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Fairfax in September 2016.
