Blue Ash home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Blue Ash rose by $76,050 while total sales decreased by 63%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,050 - a 43.5% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Blue Ash in September 2016.
