Glendale home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Glendale fell by $84,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 28.7% decrease over the $294,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Glendale in September 2016.
