Symmes Township home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Symmes Township rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Symmes Township in September 2016.
