Indian Hill home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Indian Hill fell by $70,000 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $885,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $955,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Indian Hill in September 2016.
