Woodlawn home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Woodlawn fell by $31,310 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,690 - a 42.9% decrease over the $73,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Woodlawn in August 2016.
