St. Bernard home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in St. Bernard fell by $63,250 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $21,750 - a 74.4% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Bernard in August 2016.
