Mount Healthy home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Mount Healthy fell by $53,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $46,000 - a 53.7% decrease over the $99,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mount Healthy in August 2016.
