Lockland home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Lockland rose by $32,350 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,350 - a 115.5% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lockland in August 2016.
