North College Hill home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in North College Hill rose by $11,400 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,400 - a 24.8% increase over the $46,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in North College Hill in August 2016.
