Northbrook home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Northbrook fell by $13,750 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 19.2% decrease over the $71,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Northbrook in August 2016.
