Fairfax home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Fairfax fell by $59,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 44.6% decrease over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fairfax in August 2016.
