Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $8,100 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,900 - a 8.3% decrease over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in August 2016.
