Reading home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Reading fell by $9,500 while total sales increased by 144.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,500 - a 8.1% decrease over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Reading in August 2016.
