Glendale home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Glendale fell by $207,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,000 - a 64.7% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Glendale in August 2016, as well.
