Northgate home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Northgate rose by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 38.1% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Northgate in August 2016.
