Springfield Township home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Springfield Township rose by $29,100 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,500 - a 33.3% increase over the $87,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Springfield Township in August 2016.
