Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $16,500 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,500 - a 10.4% decrease over the $159,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Loveland in August 2016.
