Anderson Township home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Anderson Township rose by $27,765 while total sales increased by 21.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $184,235 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Anderson Township in August 2016.
