Wyoming home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Wyoming fell by $161,000 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,000 - a 42.9% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Wyoming in August 2016.
