Kenwood home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Kenwood rose by $116,500 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 58% increase over the $201,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in August 2016.
